Refreshing, balanced and a snap to whip up, Susie Ye’s take on a fruity frozen Margarita elevates the concept of the boozy slushy.

1½ oz. blanco tequila
3 oz. fresh-pressed watermelon juice
1 oz. Aperol
1 cup of ice
Tools: blender
Glass: coupe
Garnish: fresh mint

Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish.
