Ricky Dolinsky and Patrick Smith of The View at New York Marriott Marquis wanted visitors to experience some of the city's iconic foods from their bar stool. Their first creation? A banana pudding cocktail inspired by Magnolia Bakery's iconic dessert. Collaborating with the bakery, they used "a blend of dark spirits and amaro combined with rich banana and condensed milk to evoke that craveable moment of treating yourself," says Smith.
