Petit Trois takes the classic Manhattan in a refreshing direction with the addition of alpine liqueur.

Ingredients

2 oz. single malt whisky
¾ oz. Génépy
¾ oz. sweet vermouth
orange peel

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon
Glass:coupe

Preparation

Combine the liquid ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe. Twist the orange peel over the drink to express the citrus oils, then discard.
