Washington’s Applejack Mule

Perfect for welcoming fall to the bar.

Spirited applejack adds a splash of Americana to this peppery take on the traditional Moscow Mule.

Ingredients

1½ oz. applejack (Boudreau uses Laird’s)
½ oz. fresh lime juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Ginger beer

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:Collins
Garnish:lime wedge

Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with ginger beer and garnish.
