A rich coffee cocktail topped with a salted cream.

  • 1 1/2 oz. cold-brew coffee
  • 3/4 oz. coffee liqueur (Torres uses Caffe Amaro)
  • 1/2 oz. PX sherry
  • Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:rocks


Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large ice cube and top with the whipped cream.

Salted Whipped Cream Combine 3 oz. heavy cream, a generous pinch of salt, and a tiny pinch of sugar, then whip lightly to the point that it just slightly thickens.
