Earthy rhum agricole meets the richness of apricots and honey.

In this cocktail from former Noble Experiment bartender Lindsay Nader, earthy rhum agricole meets the richness of apricots and honey.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. aged rhum agricole
  • 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz. apricot liqueur
  • 1/2 tsp. honey
  • Tools:barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:cocktail
  • Garnish:orange twist

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients with ice to chill, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
