Tiramisu Cocktail

A favorite dessert transformed into a decadent cocktail.

Espresso, Marsala, and two types of liqueurs transform the classic Italian dessert, Tiramisu, into a decadent cocktail.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. cold espresso
3/4 oz. coffee liqueur
3/4 oz. sweet Marsala
1/2 oz. white crème de cacao
1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
1 tsp. mascarpone
2 dashes chocolate bitters

Tools:shaker, strainer, fine strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:grated chocolate

Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients vigorously with ice, double strain into a chilled glass, then garnish.
