Tiger's Claw: winter tropical highball from Gilly's House of Cocktails

This highball with wintry depth comes courtesy of Imbibe 75’s Gilly’s House of Cocktails in San Diego.

Flavors of coffee and cinnamon add wintry depth to this tropical highball.

Ingredients

2 oz. reposado tequila
1 oz. pineapple juice
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup
1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
2 dashes orange bitters

Tools:shaker
Glass:collins
Garnish:orange half-moon, mint sprig

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker. Add ice, shake, and dump into the glass. Garnish.
