Tia Mia, A Mexican Mai Tai

A Mexican spirit gets a taste of the Caribbean.
Ingredients
- 1 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. Jamaican rum
- 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz. orgeat
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
- 1/4 oz. orange curaçao
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:double rocks
- Garnish:lime wheel, pineapple leaf and edible orchid (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice and garnish.
