Sweet, nutty, spiced and just a little smoky, this scotch cocktail from Wallflower in New York sings of the season.

Ingredients

2 oz. horchata
2 oz. blended Scotch (Wallflower use Pig's Nose)
½ oz. cinnamon syrup
½ tsp. allspice dram
2 dashes of Angostura bitters

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:grated cinnamon

Preparation

Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into a chilled coupe. Dust with cinnamon.
