The Last Laph

A scotch cocktail for warmer weather.
Peaty scotch grounds a bright burst of tropical flavor in this refreshing cocktail Last Laph.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz. Scotch whisky (Lavenue uses Laphroaig Select)
- 3/4 oz. ginger liqueur
- 3/4 oz. pineapple juice
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3 dashes absinthe verte
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:coupe
- Garnish:mint sprig
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake, and strain into the glass. Garnish.
