The Democrat from Prizefighter Bourbon Heritage Month

A simple but delicious whiskey cocktail.

Bourbon meets lemon, honey, and peach liqueur in this cocktail from Prizefighter in Emeryville.

Ingredients

2 oz. bourbon
3⁄4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1⁄2 oz. honey syrup (1:1)
1⁄2 oz. peach liqueur

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:Collins
Garnish:lemon wheel, mint sprigs

Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a Collins glass filled with pebble or crushed ice, adding more ice to fill. Garnish.
