Sweet Liberty’s Sherry Cobbler

A new cobbler to add to your spring drinks repertoire.
In his play on the classic Sherry Cobble recipe, elderflower liqueur and honey complement the dryness of fino sherry.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz. fino sherry
- 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz. elderflower liqueur
- 1/2 oz. honey
- Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
- Glass:wine
- Garnish:raspberries, mint, grapefruit slice
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients together and stir to combine. Strain over crushed ice in a wine glass. Garnish.
