Summer of Love Pisco and Rosé Punch Eden Rooftop Bar Phoenix

Grapefruit and lavender play up the flavors of pisco and rosé.

In this punch recipe, a bittersweet pink grapefruit liqueur and the floral notes of lavender syrup play up the flavors of pisco and rosé.

Ingredients

Yield:4-6
  • 8 oz. pisco
  • 1 oz. Giffard Pamplemousse pink grapefruit liqueur
  • 4 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 6 oz. lavender syrup
  • 10 oz. rosé wine (Eden uses Louis Jadot)
  • Tools:barspoon, 32 oz. mason jar
  • Glass:punch bowl
  • Garnish:culinary-grade lavender buds or a flower (optional)

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients, except the rosé, in a large jar with ice and mix. Empty entire mixture into a punch bowl and add the rosé wine. Optional: garnish with dried lavender buds or a flower.
