Bourbon Cocktail

This bourbon cocktail is sublimely smooth and warming.

Ingredients

1½ oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon
½ oz. Aperol
¼ oz. Amaro Montenegro
2 dashes Regan's Orange Bitters
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Tools:barspoon
Glass:rocks
Garnish:orange peel

Preparation

Stir all of the ingredients together in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a single large ice cube. Garnish.
