The Let's Go Disco Snowcap: a winter whiskey sour

A warming whiskey sour for cold-weather sipping.

Warming chai spices balanced by rich maple syrup and a velvety egg white texture make this whiskey sour ideal for winter sipping.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. whiskey (The Let's Go uses Kikori)
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. real maple syrup
1/2 oz. strongly brewed chai tea
1 egg white
2 dashes orange bitters

Tools:shaker, strainer, fine-mesh strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:orange zest, grated nutmeg

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into the glass. Garnish.
