A warming whiskey sour for cold-weather sipping.

Warming chai spices balanced by rich maple syrup and a velvety egg white texture make this whiskey sour ideal for winter sipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. whiskey (The Let's Go uses Kikori)
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. real maple syrup
  • 1/2 oz. strongly brewed chai tea
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • Tools:shaker, strainer, fine-mesh strainer
  • Glass:coupe
  • Garnish:orange zest, grated nutmeg

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into the glass. Garnish.
