A warming blend of orange, bitters, and whisky.

Wrap yourself in the warmth of this cozy cocktail from Portland bartender Tommy Klus.

Ingredients

1½ oz. Scotch (Klus prefers Bowmore Legend)
½ oz. Combier rouge
½ oz. Cynar
½ oz. Punt e Mes
1 dash orange bitters

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:Old Fashioned
Garnish:orange peel

Preparation

Combine ingredients and stir with ice; strain over a large cube and garnish.
