This Rosé Paloma by Brice Hoffman and Matthew Izaguirre of Nashville’s Coral Club combines two of summer’s best refreshers in one quaffable cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. dry rosé
  • 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 3 oz. grapefruit soda (preferably Jarritos or something with real cane sugar)
  • Glass:wine
  • Garnish:grapefruit slice

Preparation

Pour the rosé into a glass, followed by lime juice, salt, and ice. Top with grapefruit soda and garnish.
