Named after Don Quixote’s horse, this mezcal sipper blends “smoky, bitter, floral, and sweet notes that tell a story of exploration and timeless landscapes,” says Aaron Sanchez of Denver’s Lady Jane cocktail bar.

Ingredients

  • Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
  • Glass:double Old Fashioned
  • Garnish:orange rose

Preparation

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain over a large cube in a glass. Garnish.
