This luxurious take on the Espresso Martini swaps out the vodka for a base of Cognac.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Rémy Martin 1738
- 1 oz. espresso, cooled
- 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
- 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:coupe or cocktail
- Garnish:coffee beans
Preparation
Shake all of the ingredients vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled glass, then garnish.
