With its French origins, the Kir Royale is one of the simplest examples of a sparkling cocktail, and one of the best ways to dress up a glass of Champagne.

Ingredients

½ oz. crème de cassis
Chilled Champagne

Glass:flute

Preparation

Pour chilled champagne into a flute, then slowly add the crème de cassis.
