An easy-going mix of blanc vermouth, orange bitters, sparkling wine, and soda.
This low-proof spritz merges the bright floral character of blanc vermouth with the warm candied orange peel notes of orange bitters.
Fill a wineglass with ice, then add the vermouth and bitters. Top with the sparkling wine and soda water. Add the orange wheel and olives directly into the glass and serve.
