Stiegl Radler adds a snap of grapefruit flavor.

The Negroni and Stiegl radler combine forces in this simple riff on the classic.

Ingredients

¾ oz. London Dry gin
¾ oz. Campari
¾ oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
Stiegl Grapefruit Radler

Tools: barspoon, mixing glass, strainer
Glass:Collins
Garnish:grapefruit twist

Preparation

Combine the first three ingredients in a mixing glass and stir. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Top with the radler, then garnish.
