Pacific Standard Seville Orange Sour

A luscious whiskey sour.

This simple spin on a whiskey sour adds the richness of orange marmalade.


  • 1 1/2 oz. bourbon (Pacific Standard uses Evan Williams Bottled-in-Bond)
  • 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz. rich simple syrup (2:1)
  • 1/2 oz. fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
  • 1 1/2 tsp. orange marmalade
  • Tools:shaker, strainer
  • Glass:Irish Coffee


Shake all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass. Twist a lemon peel over the drink and discard the twist.
