One Trick Mule Irish whiskey

A vibrant highball with apricot, honey, and ginger.

Irish whiskey’s gentle character complements flavors of apricot, honey, and ginger in this vibrant highball.

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. Cocchi Americano
1/4 oz. honey
1/4 oz. apricot liqueur
1 dash chocolate bitters
1 tsp. ginger juice
2 oz. club soda, chilled

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:highball

Preparation

Shake all of the ingredients except the club soda with ice, then strain into a nice-filled glass. Top with club soda.
