Ingredients
- 1½ oz. Calvados (Roquette uses Domaine du Manoir de Montreuil Réserve)
- 1½ oz. apple brandy (Roquette uses Laird’s 7½ Year)
- ¼ oz. rich simple syrup (2:1)
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 dash pimento bitters
- Tools:barspoon, strainer
- Glass:Old Fashioned
- Garnish:orange twist and cherry
Preparation
Stir all of the ingredients with ice to chill, strain into a glass over a large ice cube, then garnish.
