The Holy Grail From Never Coffee Lab

Combine the syrup with hot espresso and stir to combine. Top with steamed milk to the brim of the cup, then garnish with a drizzle of honey and some cracked black pepper.

Turmeric-Ginger Syrup16 oz. water
½ cup dried turmeric
¼ cup dried ginger
6 Tbsp. orange flower water
1 cup sugar

Bring the water, turmeric, and ginger to a boil and allow to boil for 3 minutes. Add orange flower water and sugar. Boil for 20 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Drain off the solids. Store in the refrigerator when not in use. Makes enough syrup for 12 drinks.
