Negroni Frappe

A crushable Negroni riff from Dante’s Naren Young.
Fresh orange juice balances Meletti’s bitterness in Naren Young’s crushable take on the Negroni.
Ingredients
- ¾ oz. London Dry gin
- ¾ oz. Meletti Bitter
- ¾ oz. sweet vermouth
- ¾ oz. orange juice
- 3 dashes of orange bitters
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:footed highball
- Garnish:grated orange zest and orange peel
Preparation
Quickly shake all the ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain over crushed ice. Garnish.
