Genever Cocktail

A variation on the Brooklyn cocktail.

This Brooklyn variation was inspired by two of Holland’s most treasured exports, Audrey Hepburn (who spent much of her childhood in Holland) and genever.

Ingredients

1½ oz. genever (Fog Room uses Bols)
1 oz. dry vermouth
½ oz. Amaro CioCiaro
1 tsp. maraschino liqueur
3 dashes orange bitters

Tools:barspoon, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:orange twist

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients with ice until chilled, then strain into a chilled glass; garnish.
