Ready for your ultimate coffee cocktail? This blended treat combines brewed coffee and coffee liqueur with Amaro Montenegro, banana liqueur, cream and brown sugar.
1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
1 oz. cold-brew coffee
½ oz. heavy cream
½ oz. coffee liqueur
½ oz. banana liqueur
½ oz. brown sugar syrup
Tools: blender
Glass: highball
Garnish: coffee beans, whipped cream
Combine ingredients in a blender with ice and blend to combine. Pour into a glass and garnish. For the whipped cream, combine equal parts heavy cream, Amaro Montenegro and simple syrup in a whipped cream/nitrous canister. Charge and serve.
