American single malt anchors this cocktail from Seven Grand.
This cocktail pairs an American single malt with the bright aroma of pear and absinthe.
Rinse a glass with absinthe, discard the excess, then set aside. Stir the remaining ingredients with ice in a mixing glass until chilled. Strain the drink into the prepared glass. Twist a lemon peel over the drink to express the citrus oils, then use as garnish.
