A modern classic made with a split base of gin and scotch.
Created during his time at Milk & Honey in New York City, Michael Madrusan carried the Death & Taxes cocktail with him to The Everleigh in Melbourne. The cocktail is widely considered a modern classic.
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe, then garnish.
