An unexpectedly delicious blend of flavors.

Branca Menta adds depth to this simple twist on a classic Jamaican highball.

Ingredients

¾ oz. Jamaican overproof rum (such as Wray & Nephew)
¾ oz. Branca Menta
½ oz. fresh lime juice
3-4 oz. chilled grapefruit soda (such as Ting)

Tools:barspoon
Glass:Collins
Garnish:lime wedge

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in an ice-filled Collins glass and gently stir to combine. Garnish.
