Matcha Rum Fizz

This matcha cocktail is a little grassy and a little sweet, with a light, refreshing quality that makes it ideal for any occasion.

2 oz. white rum
½ oz. agave nectar
1 Tbsp. cream of coconut
1 tsp. matcha powder
2 oz. soda water
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: highball
Garnish: lime wheel

In a shaker, combine all ingredients except soda water. Shake vigorously with ice for 1 minute, then strain over fresh ice cubes in a highball glass and garnish.
