During a season of rich indulgence, this Negroni-inspired nightcap recipe will hit the spot. Created by The Good Lion co-owner Brandon Ristaino, it's an equal-parts cocktail featuring amaro, oloroso sherry, and vermouth, with a teaspoon of nocino. The bar mixes its own vermouth blend for all of its cocktails, but they suggest an easy substitution for home mixing. "We use a blend of roughly 47.5% Carpano Antica, 47.5% Cocchi Vermouth di Torino, and 5% Punt y Mes," said co-owner Misty Orman Ristaino. "But it's much simpler and very close to the original to sub in Cocchi."
