Strawberry, lemon and rose water are a match made in zero-proof heaven.

From New York’s Listen Bar pop-up, this zero-proof drink balances the sweetness of strawberries with lemon and rose water.

Ingredients

2 1/2 oz. strawberry syrup
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 drops rose water
1 fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:edible flower

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
