A funky cocktail that’s hard to put down.
Mitch Lyons and Libby Lingua of Phoenix’s Highball Cocktail Bar love a funky Daiquiri, so they created an amped-up version that’s sure to keep you sipping. They combine the sweetness of melon with bright citrus notes and the earthiness of lemongrass and clairin.
Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with 3 ice cubes and shake to chill. Double strain into a coupe; optional to pour it over gently shaved ice.
