Ingredients

  • 1 oz. genever
  • 3½ oz. tonic (ATLAS uses Fever-Tree Mediterranean)
  • 1½ oz. cold-brew coffee
  • 3 dashes orange flower water
  • Tools:barspoon
  • Glass:highball
  • Garnish:grapefruit wheel

Preparation

Combine the genever and tonic in a highball glass with ice and stir to combine. Float the cold-brew on top and garnish.
