"I wanted to pair the bright and fresh flavors of blueberry with the balsamic vinegar we use at Al Coro that has flavors that resemble an oxidized sherry," he says. Cappelletti Aperitivo gives it just the right amount of bitterness, while Amaro Pasubio introduces herbal notes and rounds out the blueberry flavors.
