The tropical flavors of mango and lime meet the depth of whiskey and spark of Tabasco in this drink from Seattle’s Bathtub Gin.
2 oz. rye whiskey
2 oz. mango juice
½ oz. brown-sugar syrup (1:1)
½ oz. fresh lime juice
3 dashes Tabasco
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: lemon wheel
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and fill with ice. Shake until chilled, strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
