Tequila and passion fruit meet génépy and absinthe.
The richness of passion fruit brightens this herbaceous tequila cocktail.
Shake all of the ingredients together with ice, then strain over a large ice cube in a double rocks glass. Garnish.
Passion Fruit SyrupCombine equal parts passion fruit purée and rich simple syrup (2:1). Shake to combine. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
