A splash of fresh orange juice and a hint of turmeric add an exotic zing of flavor to this Negroni-inspired cocktail from radar in Portand, Oregon.

Ingredients

1 oz. London dry gin
1 oz. sweet vermouth
¾ oz. Campari
½ oz. fresh orange juice
pinch of tumeric
sparkling wine

Tools:mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:orange peel

Preparation

Combine gin, vermouth, Campari and orange juice in a mixing glass and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled coupe and top with sparkling wine. Garnish.
