A gin cocktail that sips like a Martini on a tropical vacay.
Josh Ibañez first experimented with this recipe in Houston with his managers at the time, Terry Williams and 2018 Imbibe Bartender of the Year Alex Negranza, looking for a cocktail that sipped like a Martini but skewed tropical. These days, Ibañez mixes the cocktail at at Rumba in Seattle, combining gin and Cocchi with rhum agricole and passion fruit.
Stir all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
