Vodka Cocktail House of Balloons Teardrop Lounge

A bright and bittersweet refresher.

Vodka supports the bittersweet flavors of Aperol and grapefruit in this vibrant sipper.

Ingredients

1 1/4 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz. rich honey syrup (2:1)
Chilled club soda

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:rocks
Garnish:orange peel

Preparation

Shake the first 5 ingredients with ice, then strain into a glass filled with fresh ice. Top with a splash of club soda, and garnish.
