Ginger beer spices up this mix of cold-brew, lime, and maple.

Part of the creative drink offerings at Houndstooth Coffee, this coffee drink is “familiar, cola-like, and snappy,” says creator Gregory Alford.

Ingredients

3 oz. cold-brew concentrate
2 oz. ginger beer
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. maple simple syrup (1:1 maple sugar to hot water)

Tools:barspoon
Glass:beer
Garnish:lime wedge and candied ginger

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients together in a glass, top with ice and garnish.
