Holiday Wallbanger

A holiday-ready riff on the classic Harvey Wallbanger.

Made with fresh orange juice (or clementine juice if you have it) and cranberry juice, this refreshing and festive Harvey Wallbanger riff delivers loads of holiday cheer.

Ingredients

1 ½ oz. gin
2 oz. fresh orange juice
2 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
float of Galliano

Tools:barspoon
Glass:double Old Fashioned
Garnish:cinnamon stick

Preparation

Add all ingredients except the Galliano to an ice-filled glass. Stir to combine. Pour the Galliano over the back of a barspoon to float. Garnish.
