Hideaway Honey, An Aquavit Cocktail

The spice bouquet of aged aquavit mingles perfectly with the herbaceous character of yellow Chartreuse in this cocktail from Raised by Wolves.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. aged aquavit
- 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz. yellow Chartreuse
- 1/2 oz. honey syrup (2:1)
- 1/2 oz. plain yogurt (Castro uses Dahlicious)
- 3/4 oz. soda water, to top
- Tools:shaker, strainer
- Glass:Collins
- Garnish:lime wheel, pineapple frond
Preparation
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish.
