Aiming for a pumpkin spice–inspired cocktail for fall sipping, Ryan Lilioa devised this delicious blend.

Ingredients

2 oz. cachaça (Leyenda uses Novo Fogo)
1 1/2 oz. canned pumpkin pie purée
3/4 oz. coconut cream
1/2 oz. St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
1/2 oz. cinnamon syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. fresh orange juice

Tools:blender
Glass:tiki mug
Garnish:lime shell, sugar cube doused in rum, cinnamon

Preparation

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender with 1 cup of ice. Pour into a mug or glass. Garnish with a lime shell filled with sugar cube doused in 151-proof rum and dyed red with food coloring. Carefully light the cube on fire and sprinkle with cinnamon (optional).
