Chris Maxwell, beverage manager of Moonlark’s Dinette in downtown Los Angeles, takes the 1970s favorite Harvey Wallbanger in the direction of a sour by adding lemon juice and egg white. “The result is a deliciously smooth orange creamsicle with slight herbaceous notes from the drink’s signature inclusion of Galliano,” he says.
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake to combine. Add an ice cube to the shaker and shake to chill. Double strain over fresh ice into a glass.
