A sparkly sipper for summer.
For a refreshing sparkler, mix up this chamomile spritz by Andy Miller, beverage director of Gran Blanco in Venice, California. “I’ve always been a fan of teas and figured chamomile was great for warmer weather,” he explains. “The quinquina takes a big role in the beverage, playing well with the herbaceous notes of the tea. Topped with dry sparkling wine, the Pacific Spritz [as it’s called at Gran Blanco] is great for sipping on the patio.”
Add the ingredients except Prosecco to the glass followed by ice. Top with Prosecco. Garnish.
Chamomile-Infused GinAdd 10 grams of loose-leaf chamomile tea to a 750ml bottle of gin. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Afterward, strain out the tea.
